Do Sega Mega Drive games work on the Sega Genesis?
I just bought a Genesis (Version 2 to be exact) off eBay, and I’m trying to figure out if Sega Mega Drive games work in it? Because if I’m not mistaken, the Mega Drive was the PAL version of the Genesis? Does anyone know for sure??
Cool system I had it as a child but it broke quickly on me
yes according to my knowlage of having a PAL Version
I had always called it the sega mega drive but I have
no clue if PAL Games work on Genesis
but from what I see I dont think there will be a problem
after all they are the same system
Fact: The Americans version was called Genesis as they were unable to secure the rights to have that name
