Nintendo Wii WIreless Internet… Wireless Router Help plz help this is very important

Well, I have a nintendo wii, and some good games that require wifi to do additional things.
So i purchased a wifi usb connector, i hooked it up with my comp and it was working fine, then it randolmy started stuffing up, and i cant get it working.
so Im gonna try using a wireless router, people say its better, so i took their advice.
But there is one problem…I have absolutely no idea whatsoever how to connect or use a wireless router, i read that only some internet connections work with wii…so ill tell you what i have, i have high speed optus broadband, no its not wireless.
anyone who has any idea on this topic…PLEASE HELP this means a lot to meeeeeee.
oh by the way, if there are some routers that dont work with wii, please tell me…
Yes there are so,e routers that arn’t wi-fi compatable.
i found that a wireless router doesn’t work very good, you can buy an “USB 2.0 Lan adapter” on nintendo.com for $10.00, that way you can run a wired connection.
