How long have you been using your Wii Fit/Plus?
My partner bought me a Wii Fit Plus game and board about 2 months ago because I thought it might help me to get some exercise. Amazingly I’m still using it, even more so than when I first bought it, he was sure I would get bored of it as quickly as I do everything else, especially as I could never get my backside to the gym. So who’s got the record for how long they’ve been using their Wii exercise games? Whilst I’m on the subject does anyone have any suggestions for other fitness games I might like?
I have been using Wii Fit on and off for close to 2 years. I was never good about keeping up with it on a regular basis until last Feb. I use some for of Wii exercise at least 4 times per week. My personal faves are Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout and EA Sports Active. Here is a breakdown of popular Wii exercise games
